Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is to open its Four Points brand hotel in Indiana, US, in 2011.

Ahead of the opening, Starwood will carry out renovations and enhancements throughout the former University Plaza Hotel.

Four Points by Sheraton West Lafayette will offer 171 guest rooms and suites, 3,960m² of meeting space, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centres and two restaurants.

The hotel is owned by an affiliate of White Plains, New York-based True North Management Group, and managed by Hostmark Hospitality Group.
