Kingdom Holding Investment, a subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company, has opened the $145m Raffles Praslin Seychelles Resort and Residences in the Seychelles.

The Raffles Praslin Seychelles is located on the north-east corner of Praslin, the second-largest island in the Seychelles, and offers 86 villas.

The 30-hectare resort also features Raffles Estates, which provides three, four and five-bedroom residential homes, according to tradearabia.com.

The company owns 23 properties in 17 countries, including 20 operating hotels and resorts, with three hotels and resorts under construction in Ghana, Morocco and the Philippines.
