Hilton Worldwide has signed an agreement with TCC Hotel Group, a subsidiary of TCC Land Group, to manage a new hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, and rebrand an existing hotel as a Doubletree property.
The agreement includes the 24-storey Hilton Sukhumvit hotel, which is under construction and will feature 287 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a health club and spa, and 697m² of meeting space.
The agreement also includes the refurbishment and redesign of the Sukhumvit Bangkok, which will open as a Doubletree hotel.
This property will feature 182 rooms, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a 512m² conference room.
The two hotels will be located in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok and will be completed in 2014.
