Marriott International is to add three new hotels in France, Germany and Poland.
Marriott’s European expansion includes the 124-room Courtyard Montpellier in France, the 139-room Courtyard Wiesbaden Nordenstadt Hotel in Germany and the 225-room Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, Poland.
The Courtyard Montpellier Hotel will feature a restaurant and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
The Courtyard Wiesbaden Nordenstadt Hotel will open in June 2011 under a franchise agreement with Realotel Wiesbaden Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft. The hotel, formerly the Ramada Hotel Wiesbaden, will be rebranded as a Courtyard hotel following the renovation.
The Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel is expected to open in 2013 and will be the third Marriott hotel in Warsaw. The property will feature over 900m² of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, and a health and leisure centre.
