The hotel will be the largest Holiday Inn property in Canada, with 23 floors and 836m² of multi-functional event space.
The hotel recently completed a $20m renovation project, designed by architect Ava Janikowski of Chase International Consultants in Design.
The hotel contains restaurants, bars, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor patio.
