Elite Meetings International and Preferred Hotel Group have launched PHG Meetings, an online RFP management system to bring together corporate sales managers, global sales offices, property-level sales professionals and meeting planners.
The PHG Meetings system enables all meetings professionals involved in the booking process to interact faster and more efficiently.
The new tool uses Elite’s SpeedRFP RFP management system and a search technology platform, which can be adopted by any website for an individual hotel or a global chain.
As part of this partnership, 600 Preferred Hotel Group member hotels will be integrated with Elite’s SpeedRFP management system.
The PHG Meetings system includes a search, refine and RFP tool for meeting professionals to book groups with Preferred Hotel Group members.
