The Rezidor Hotel Group is to add a Park Inn hotel to its UK portfolio. The property will be located 6km from central London on Olympic Way near Wembley Stadium.

The Park Inn London Wembley will offer 235 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, 300m² of meeting space and a gym.

Construction of the new property has started and the hotel is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012, in time for the Olympic Games.

The Belgium-based hotel group has 400 hotels under operation and in development, with 87,800 rooms in over 60 countries.
