LA LIVE CFST has signed an agreement with Marriott International for the development of a new 377-room hotel tower adjacent to LA Live, an entertainment complex in downtown Los Angeles, California, US.

The 22-storey building will house two Marriott brand hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott.

Courtyard by Marriott will feature 180 rooms and Residence Inn by Marriott will have 197 rooms.

The 27,870m² hotel project will begin in March 2012 and open in March 2014.

The new hotels will be managed by Marriott International.
