The Address Hotels + Resorts, a Dubai-based luxury hotel brand, has signed a management agreement to operate new resort hotel The Address, The Terrace in Bali’s Badung Regency, near Nusa Dua and Kuta in Indonesia.

The five-star hotel will be part of the Pecatu Indah Resort, which features a golf course, retail outlets, a theme park, hospital, cultural village, museum and a school on a 400ha site.

The 199-room hotel will open at the end of 2012.

The hotel will be developed on a two hectare site and will feature a sky lounge, themed restaurants, conference and events facilities, botanical gardens and a health club and spa.
