InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has selected Daptiv’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system to manage its American Operations project management office projects.
Daptiv’s SaaS-based offering provides oversight and automation for its executives, stakeholders and project teams for collaborative work.
The PPM system will support IHG in its works such as building out a hotel to supporting franchisees for meetings.
In collaboration with Daptiv, IHG created custom applications to collect survey data, manage its project request queue, house project-specific data for archival and reporting purposes, and manage project finances.
IHG also created a series of dynamic applications to include Project Finance Estimate to Complete, which allows the firm to predict whether a project is tracking over or under budget and take corrective action before an overrun occurs.
