InterContinental Hotels Group is to debut its Holiday Inn Express brand in Indonesia in the Legian district of Bali.
The hotel will be managed by PT Wismatama Indah Makmur, which is owned by the Lukminto family.
Construction of the proposed 160-room Holiday Inn Express Bali Legian will begin in mid-2011 and will be completed by early 2013.
The new property will operate under the new standards established as part of the hotel group’s $1bn global relaunch.
InterContinental Hotels Group operates 2,075 Holiday Inn Express properties worldwide.
