Starwood to Open Four Points Hotel in Illinois

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is to introduce its Four Points brand hotel in Peoria, Illinois, US. The 319-room property, which is expected to open in July 2011, will feature a restaurant, 1,765m² of meeting and conference space, a sauna, a fitness centre and an indoor pool.

The 319-room property, which is expected to open in July 2011, will feature a restaurant, 1,765m² of meeting and conference space, a sauna, a fitness centre and an indoor pool.

The property, formerly a Holiday Inn, will be opened as a Four Points hotel after completing a full renovation.

The hotel is owned by SPE LO Holdings, an affiliate of Textron Financial Corporation.
