France-based hotel group Accor is considering selling catering company Lenôtre to focus on its core hospitality business.

Lenôtre operates 64 outlets in 13 countries. Its estimated value is between $74m and $89m.

Accor, which owns the Novotel and Motel 6 brands, agreed to sell its 49% stake in casino company Groupe Lucien Barriere to focus on hotels in January 2011.

Accor operates 4,200 hotels in 90 countries, comprising around 500,000 rooms.
