Corinthia Hotels has opened a five-star flagship hotel in London, UK.

The newly reconstructed flagship 294-room Corinthia Hotel London features two restaurants, a bar and lounge, a 3,300m² spa with 17 treatment rooms on four floors, a private spa suite and an indoor pool.

The property also features an amphitheatre sauna, an ice fountain, heated marble loungers, private sleep pods, six private executive-level meeting rooms and a gym.

Corinthia Hotels, founded by the Pisani family of Malta, plans to open the Corinthia Taormina Golf Resort in Sicily in 2012.
