The Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, UAE, has implemented Personal Valet, an in-room guest services application by iRis in all its rooms.

Personal Valet enables guests to communicate their personal requirements to a hotel’s guest service centre through an in-room iPad.

The application is simple to use and is designed to improve communication and provide assistance to the hotel in streamlining services based on guests’ preferences, according to the company.
