UAE-based Al Habtoor Group has partnered with FashionTV to open the world’s first fashion hotel in Dubai.

Al Habtoor Group will own and operate the five-star property.

The notable element of the 200-room hotel will be a 100m LED screen that will project around-the-clock catwalk highlights.

All the rooms of the 30-storey hotel will have access to FashionTV’s 30 channels and the biggest fashion DVD library in the world.

Other features include climate control and 3D TVs throughout the building, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, lounges, nightclubs, spas and cinemas.
