GrandStay Hospitality has opened four conversion hotels under its franchise.
The newly launched properties are the Appleton Wisconsin Wingate by Wyndham and the Fort Myers Florida Wynstar Inn & Suites, both of which are now operating under the GrandStay Hotel & Suites brand, and the Stillwater Minnesota Country Inns & Suites and the Baxter Minnesota Hawthorn Inn & Suites, which are operating as Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites.
The brand also has plans for four more conversions, as well as the construction of three new hotels including a GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites hotels in Waverly, Iowa, and Chisago / Lindstrom, Minnesota.
The GrandStay Hospitality family of brands includes a portfolio of extended-stay and limited-service hotels with 22 properties throughout California, Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
