Concord Hospitality has announced the addition of the 230-room DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Downtown in Virginia to its management portfolio.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Downtown has 7,700ft2 of flexible meeting space, a restaurant and a café.
Hotel amenities also include a rooftop pool and fitness centre and a business centre.
According to Concord, the hotel is its first DoubleTree by Hilton brand hotel and its second managed property in Virginia. The property is owned by Richmond Hotel Partners.
