A Hyatt Hotels affiliate has signed an agreement with Signa Holding to manage the Park Hyatt Vienna in Innere Stadt, Vienna, which is scheduled to open in 2013.
The 143-room Park Hyatt Vienna is one of 14 Park Hyatt hotels under development worldwide and will become the seventh Park Hyatt hotel in Europe and the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Austria.
The hotel will feature 35 suites, a 640m² meeting facility, a fitness centre and a spa.
Hyatt Hotels’ worldwide portfolio consists of 456 properties in 44 countries.
