Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened its tenth hotel in China, the Hilton Xi’an.
It is Hilton Worldwide’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in north-west China and the company’s 20th hotel in the country.
The 311-room property has some of the largest guestrooms starting at 43m², 19 suites ranging from an 80m² executive suite to the 248m² presidential suite, and a 2,000m² courtyard.
Hilton Xi’an also features a 1,200m² ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,100 people, an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a 1,000m² spa.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts global head Dave Horton said the opening of the Hilton Xi’an in north-west China marks the company’s intention to grow the brand in new and emerging markets within mainland China and across Asia.
