UK-based Dawnay Day Hotels India (DDHI) has announced it will invest $1.2bn to build a chain of four-star hotels in India.
DDHI has already acquired four properties at Ahmedabad, Pune, Lucknow and Jaipur in a bid to set-up a mid-priced range of hotels in the country, according to India’s Economic Times newspaper.
