US hospitality firm LodgeWorks has launched new chain of boutique hotels.

Initially four AVIA hotels will open over the next two years in Georgia, California and Texas.

The brand adds to LodgeWorks’ portfolio of Residence Inn and Summerfield Suites hotels.
