InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the development of a five-star hotel in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi, scheduled for opening in 2010.
In partnership with THED International and Georgian Properties, the 155-room hotel will be developed in the former Ministry of Agriculture building in the city centre.
The eighth addition to IHG’s European portfolio this year, the hotel will also feature 15 serviced apartments.
