Dubai-based hospitality management company Jumeirah has been appointed to manage a luxury lifestyle resort dedicated to polo and equestrian sports, in Argentina.
The Jumeirah Culu Culu Polo Lifestyle Resort will be located in Lobos, a 30 min ride from Argentina’s Ezeiza International Airport and just one hour away from Buenos Aires.
The resort is the first South American property to be managed by the company.
The construction of the polo community is due to be completed by 2010, with a second phase of development planned which will add an 18-hole golf course and 400 privately owned villas.
The estate will boast a five-star hotel, managed by Jumeirah, which will feature 252 rooms – including a collection of one, two, three and four bedroom villas and 220 privately owned villas.
