Invesco Real Estate has acquired three hotels in Paris and Rome for an investment of €90m ($110m).

With the acquisition, the company will have 13 hotels in its portfolio, bringing its overall investment to €560m ($688m) in the sector.

The latest assets were acquired from Accor hotels and will operate on a lease contracts under the Pullman, Mercure and Novotel brands.

The fund has another two hotels under contract with Accor, which it expects to conclude later in 2010, according to property-magazine.eu.
