The Dearborn hotel, which was part of Marriott International’s Autograph collection of independent hotels is expected to be sold to a group of investors, and will no longer operate under the Ritz brand.
Greenwood Hospitality Group, which plans to operate the hotel for the new owners, did not disclose any further changes, according to freep.com.
