Hilton Worldwide has signed a management contract with Jenan Real Estate Company to introduce the first Hilton-branded property in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

The 400-room Hilton Al Khobar Hotel & Residence will feature 250 guest rooms and suites, 150 serviced apartments, restaurants, meetings facilities, a health club and spa, and an outdoor pool.

Construction of the property will begin in March 2011 and will be complete in 2013.
