HEI Hotels & Resorts has acquired the 258-room Le Méridien Dallas North in Texas, US, for an undisclosed amount.

The property becomes HEI’s 36th owned hotel and its fourth hotel under Starwood Hotels’ Le Méridien brand.

The property will also be the company’s fourth hotel acquisition this year.

The hotel features 450ft² guestrooms, a restaurant and atrium bar, 3,500ft² of meeting space, a business centre, an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and fitness centre.
