Hotel occupancy in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh rose to 69% at the end of the second quarter of 2010.
This is an increase of 7% from the 62% recorded for the same period in 2009, according to a new report by real estate investment and advisory firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
Riyadh has 10,000 hotel rooms, which accounts for 8.7% of Saudi Arabia’s total.
