The UK seaside town of Bournemouth could be home to the country’s first hotel school.

The hotel will be located on a site next to the Bournemouth International Centre and will serve as a teaching centre for hospitality degree students, reports local news site bournemouthecho.co.uk.

The idea for the hotel school was first conceived in 1999 by the South West Regional Development Agency and Bournemouth University, in conjunction with Bournemouth and Poole College and the local council.
