Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), a subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company, has sold its 43.7% stake in the Four Seasons Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, for $145m.
The stake was acquired by Arab Company for Hotel and Tourism Investments, a subsidiary of the Egypt-based Talat Mostafa Group.
The hotel will remain under the management of Four Seasons in which Kingdom Holding holds a 47.5% stake.
KHI owns 26 properties including 22 operating hotels and resorts, and four under construction hotels and resorts across the world.
