The Berners Hotel in London, UK, is up for sale at a price of £60m ($95m) after being placed in administration.

The 193-room hotel, previously owned by JJW Hotels & Resorts, is closed for refurbishment.

The sale is managed by Michelle Webb, senior vice-president at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, while KPMG’s Jane Moriarty and James Tucker are joint the hotel’s administrators, according to caterersearch.com.
