The company signed an agreement with Fairview to launch the 109-bedroom Mercure London Bloomsbury hotel by the end of this year.
Accor and Euro Hotels will develop the 100-room All Seasons budget hotel in Croydon and a 139-room All Seasons hotel in Leyton this year, according to caterersearch.com.
