Al Rostamani Pegel has begun work on the construction of the new 24-storey Marriott Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments, located in Dubai, UAE.
The AED700m ($190.5m) property will house 352 guestrooms, 128 luxury serviced apartments as well as comprehensive health and fitness facilities.
Work on the hotel tower will be complete in January 2012.
Al Rostamani Pegel is a joint venture between the Al Rostamani Group and Gustav Pegel & Sohn.
