Melbourne-based developer Domenic Mattioli has unveiled plans to build a five-star hotel in Currie Street in Adelaide, Australia.

The plan for the proposed 23-level hotel tower will be submitted to Adelaide City Council and the development assessment commission for approval.

The A$107m ($100m) hotel has been designed by architect Paul Pruszinski and will feature 301 suites, a spa and massage facility, and a three-storey green wall to filter air.

The hotel will be located on a four-storey podium, which is designed to “respect” the adjacent heritage buildings and smaller-scale streetscape, according to the Australian.
