The Brussels Hilton in Belgium has been acquired by Sweden-based hotel property company Pandox for €29m ($39.9m). The 26-storey, 432-room hotel was sold by a US investment company. Pandox will undertake a €25m ($34m) renovation programme at the hotel.

This is the group’s sixth property in Belgium where it now has 1,750 rooms, according to HVS International.
