US-based Northwood Investors has acquired the Radisson Hotel Boston in Massachusetts, US, for an undisclosed sum from John Philopoulos Associates Trust.
The 358-room hotel features 325 standard guest rooms, 30 junior suites, one presidential suite, two restaurants, meeting spaces and two auditoriums.
The 40-year-old hotel is equipped with a six-level facility providing 743 parking spaces, of which seven spaces are compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
CBRE Hotels represented the seller and handled the transaction, according to citybizlist.com.
