Wyndham Hotel Group has signed management agreements for three new Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties in Boao, China.
The properties include the 300-room Wyndham Grand Boao Resort and Spa, the 106-room Wyndham Boao Resort and the 350-room Wyndham Boao Resort and Conference Center.
The three hotels are owned by Hainan Baolian City (Boao) Company.
The Wyndham Grand Boao Resort and Spa will open in 2017 and will feature an indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities, two restaurants, a bar and 2,500m² of meeting space.
The Wyndham Boao Resort will open in 2013 and feature three outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, two restaurants, a lobby lounge and over 2,000m² of conference space.
Meanwhile, the Wyndham Boao Resort and Conference Center, due to open in 2019, will incorporate 3,600m² of meeting and event space, three restaurants, a bar, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa.
