The landmark Hotel Chelsea in Manhattan, US, has been put up for sale by the three families that have owned it for 65 years.
The 12-storey property has 125 hotel rooms, including a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite and 101 residential units.
The corporation that owns the building, Chelsea 23rd St Corporation, hired Eastdil Secured to market the hotel.
Chelsea was built in 1883 and features 1,579m² of retail space and a 743m² roof terrace, according to Bloomberg.
