Las Vegas Sands Corp has signed a ten-year agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), which will see its two properties affiliated with IHG’s brand in Las Vegas, US.
The Venetian and Palazzo properties in the city will now be accessible to IHG’s 180 million annual guests and has 52 million IHG Priority Club members.
Las Vegas Sands president Michael Leven said IHG’s global connectivity will put the company in touch with a huge amount of potential new customers.
Leven said he expects the new alliance to help drive higher average daily rates and occupancy for both properties, which will maintain their established brand identities.
