Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), a US-based global sales organisation (GSO) with over 140 hotels and resorts worldwide, has expanded its portfolio with the addition of three new hotels in the US.

The three properties are The Inverness Hotel and Conference Centre in Englewood, Colorado; Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri, and The Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia.

Located close to Denver International Airport and near the Denver Tech Centre, The Inverness Hotel and Conference Centre is a AAA Four-Diamond conference hotel with 302 guest rooms and suites.

The hotel features 60,000ft² indoor and outdoor event and meeting space, spa and fitness centre, a swimming pool, tennis court and five restaurants and lounges.

The Inverness Hotel expands ALHI’s specialty segments, ‘ALHI Golf Collection’ and ‘ALHI Mountain Collection.’

Scheduled to open in Kansas City, Missouri, in November 2013 is the Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza, which will be added to ALHI’s ‘U-200 Gems Collection’ and ‘City Solutions Collection’ specialty segments.

Located near Kansas City International Airport, the 132-room Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza will house 150 retail outlets, restaurants, residences and offices.

The property will also feature around 7,000ft² interior meeting space for board meetings, corporate meetings, and weddings; 5,700ft² flexible meeting and pre-function space; 1,000ft² pool terrace; and 4,000ft² space for restaurant and bar.

The Homestead, which is on the verge of $25m renovation, will be added to ALHI’s the ‘ALHI Golf Collection,’ the ‘ALHI Historic Collection,’ and the ‘ALHI Mountain Collection’ specialty segments.

Situated in the Allegheny Mountains of Western Virginia, the 3,000-acre Homestead hotel features 483 guest rooms, which includes 88 suites and five presidential suites.

The property houses 72,000ft² flexible function space, two golf courses, spa, two-acre pool complex with water slides and lazy river, natural hot springs, 48-stable equestrian centre, shooting club, the south’s first downhill ski area, fly fishing, canoeing, tennis, archery, hiking, winter sports, restaurants, and more than 20 shops.
