Bespoke Hotels, a London-based hotel group, has selected online distribution company SiteMinder to increase online bookings across the group.

A specialist in channel manager software and online hotel booking systems, SiteMinder helps accommodation providers to increase online revenue, streamline business process and drive down the cost of acquisition.

The company’s cloud-based product suite also includes the commission-free booking engine TheBookingButton and ‘plug & play’ distribution technology API pmsXchange.

SiteMinder’s UK and Ireland sales head Bernhard Ballin said the SiteMinder channel manager will allow Bespoke Hotels to reach more online consumers, and that TheBookingButton, optimised for mobile phones and Facebook, will help convert more lookers to bookers on hotels’ own websites and social media and mobile platforms.

"In addition, by utilising our two-way PMS integration capabilities, Bespoke Hotels will see their PMS systems seamlessly connected to major booking sites around the world, with all online reservations automatically sent directly back to the PMS," Ballin added.

Operating in over 90 countries worldwide, SiteMinder offers complete two-way integrations to property management system (PMS) and central reservation systems (CRS).

The company develops all products in house in consultation with representatives from various sectors of the industry.

Bespoke Hotels operates boutique properties in the UK, across Europe and also in Thailand and the Caribbean.
