Global hospitality firm Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has expanded its portfolio in Russia with the addition of two new hotels in the country – the Radisson Congress Hotel, Moscow and the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Moscow.

Located on the grounds of the All-Russian Exhibition Centre in Moscow, the hotels are adjacent to each other and are scheduled to open in 2016.

The Radisson Congress Hotel, Moscow will feature 400 rooms and a 4,000m² conference centre, while the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Moscow will have 600 rooms.

LLC Renaissance of VVC has been engaged for the development of both projects.

Rezidor president and CEO Wolfgang Neumann said the signings bring the company’s portfolio in Greater Moscow to 11 hotels with 3,700 rooms in operation and under development.

The upper upscale Radisson Congress Hotel will feature Radisson signature services such as free high speed internet access, restaurants, bars and lobby lounge facilities as well as a fitness area and parking bays.

The midscale Park Inn by Radisson Hotel will have meeting rooms, restaurant and lobby bar facilities, a fitness area and parking bays.

According to the company, the 2,375,000m² All-Russian Exhibition Centre features exhibition centres, World Expo pavilions, gardens, pools and fountains, a cinema and an amusement park.
