Centium Software have been awarded a prestigious silver Stevie award for their GuestPoint PMS product by the 2012 International Business Awards panel.
The award in the category of ‘Best new product or service of the year – Software – New’, was given in recognition of Centium’s innovative GuestPoint accommodation property management software.
Launched in 2011, GuestPoint is purpose built for smaller accommodation properties and provides operators with a suite of online property management tools which can be operated without detailed knowledge or experience.
Centium Software CEO Mr Trevor Gardiner said the award highlights the company’s technology innovations in the accommodation sector, which are of real-world benefit to its customers.
"GuestPoint empowers accommodation properties around the world with the tools to efficiently and easily manage their online and offline businesses in one simple system, without duplicated effort," said Gardiner.
Innovative components of the software package include guest relationship management and secure PCI compliant credit card processing.
The Stevie Awards are awarded in four categories: The International Business Awards, The American Business Awards, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
More than 3,200 nominations for the Stevie Awards were submitted in 2012 from more than 50 nations and territories.
