Choice Hotels International, Ceres Enterprises and Consolidated Construction have broken ground on a new Cambria Suites hotel on Detroit Road in Avon, Ohio, US.
The new hotel will include 113 suites offering separate work and living areas with ergonomic chairs, moveable desks and upscale linens.
Each suite will be provided with two flat-screen LCD televisions, a CD or DVD player and MP3 jacks to help guests enjoy prime entertainment.
In addition, the hotel will also have complimentary wired and wireless high-speed internet access.
Cambria Suites senior vice president Michael Murphy described Ceres Enterprises as a very strong partner that has enjoyed great success with its Cambria Suites in Indiana.
"They understand the brand and deliver its promise every single day through their outstanding management, dedicated staff and hotel knowledge," Murphy added.
The new hotel will also feature amenities such as Reflect, a casual dining area serving a dinner menu, liquour, wine, beer and grab-and-go gourmet salads and sandwiches, as well as a barista bar offering coffee and a hot breakfast buffet.
Additionally, a Refresh fitness centre with a pool and hot tub or spa area, and Refill, a 24-7 convenience store, are among other amenities that will be provided at the Avon property.
Ceres Enterprises president David Crisafi said that the Cambria Suites brand offers a unique value proposition in the upscale category.
"The market growth and potential in Avon is extremely positive and we look forward to bringing the Cambria brand to the area," Crisafi added.
