Real estate developer Rialto Capital Advisors and Valor Hospitality Partners have completed full renovation of the Crowne Plaza Greenville in South Carolina, US.

The real estate firm has spent over $5m to renovate the hotel, which is located directly off Greenville’s I-385 inner loop.

The hotel has 6,500ft² of first class meeting and banquet space including a 4,200ft² Grand Ball Room that can accommodate about 500 people.

"Crowne Plaza Greenville will be the new gold standard for today’s travelers."

Crowne Plaza hotel also has meeting spaces, including two new executive board rooms.

Rialto Capital Advisors vice-president Bradley Kentor said: "We value community investment and are excited to demonstrate our commitment through projects such as this one.

"This investment will now be able to provide an economic benefit to Greenville and we appreciate their support in making this project possible."

The hotel features a contemporary design including a total renovation of all guest rooms, the lobby and lounge, fitness centre as well as the bar.

New bar in the hotel features an all-day dining menu offering selected menu from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, which provides all food and beverage services at the hotel.
