Hilton Worldwide’s mid-tier all-suite hotel brand Home2 Suites by Hilton has expanded its US portfolio with the opening of a new hotel, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City/ South Jordan.
The four-storey, 125-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City/ South Jordan, which represents the company’s 25th property in the country, is located at 10704 South River Front Parkway in South Jordan.
Situated in the centre of Salt Lake City in the River Front Parkway Corporate Centre, the hotel offers easy access to the freeway, shopping and dining, golf and world-famous ski resorts and is considered as a suitable location for the business or leisure traveller.
Home2 Suites by Hilton global head Bill Duncan said the new property is the culmination of a strong year for the brand – in addition to nearly doubling its portfolio, the company also introduced its extended stay concept to new audiences, including internationally.
"This achievement is a testament to the strength of the brand, its value proposition for developers, and appeal for guests. We are excited to start 2014 on this high note," Duncan added.
The property features Home2 Suites amenities such as the Oasis lobby area, the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items, and the Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area.
The new hotel offers free continental breakfast at the Inspired Table with morning favourites such as a hot breakfast sandwich.
Other amenities offered by the Home2 Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City/ South Jordan include an indoor saline pool, gas grills and a walking trail for guests’ use.
The hotel is owned by South Jordan Hotel Ownership and operated by Widewaters Hotels.
