Hilton Worldwide has unveiled the dual branded Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center hotel in Downtown Denver, Colorado, US.
The new property is the group’s 12th dual branded hotel in North America, and the 11th dual branded property with Homewood Suites as the partner brand.
The 12-storey hotel, which is owned by 550 15th Owner and managed by Stonebridge Companies, is located in the former Xcel Energy offices building.
Situated close to the Colorado Convention Center with the Denver Center for Performing Arts, 16th Street Mall and Denver Art Museum in the vicinity, the new hotel features 120 rooms under the Hampton brand and 182 rooms under the Homewood brand.
Both brands have separate check-in desks and lodging/dining areas.
The hotel’s combined amenities include eight meeting rooms with over 6,000ft² of space, indoor pool, 1,600ft² fitness centre and on-site guest laundry facility.
Hampton Hotels offers rooms equipped with the Clean and Fresh Hampton Bed, free Wi-Fi, lap desk and flat-screen TV, and other amenities such as free breakfast and Perfect Mix Lobby design.
Homewood Suites by Hilton provides travellers with rooms equipped with kitchen, separate sleeping and living areas and complimentary grocery shopping service, plus other amenities such as complimentary internet, breakfast and evening dinner and drinks.
Stonebridge Companies president and CEO Navin Dimond said the company is excited to open the first dual branded hotel in Colorado, in partnership with Hilton Worldwide.

The Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown-Convention Center marks Hampton’s 40th and Homewood Suites’ ninth property in Colorado.
