Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) has signed a contract to operate Corp Al Khoory Hotel in Al Barsha, Dubai.
Owned by Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons, the 228-key hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2016.
HMH CEO Laurent Voivenel said the company is thrilled to have the opportunity to operate another hotel in Dubai for Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons.
"They have been great associates and we are confident their exceptional experience in developing quality hotels will help us deliver yet another fabulous address for travellers to Dubai," Voivenel added.
The new hotel will feature standard facilities, while offering multiple F&B outlets including an international all-day-dining restaurant, a lobby lounge as well as a conference hall, spa and swimming pool.
HMH already manages two properties for the Al Khoory family – Coral Al Khoory Hotel Apartments, Dubai, and Corp Executive Al Khoory Hotel, Al Wasl.
Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory and Sons chairman Mohammed Tayyeb Khoory said the firm is delighted to appoint HMH to manage Corp Al Khoory Hotel under its Corp brand.

According to HMH, the hotel has a contemporary style and offers a mix of leisure and business services and amenities, and is located in a prime location that will attract both families and corporate guests.
