Hyatt Hotels, The Kolter Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts have announced the opening of Hyatt Place Delray Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida, US.
According to Hyatt Hotels, the 134-room Hyatt Place Delray Beach, which is Palm Beach County’s first new hotel opening in more than two years, is suited for both business and leisure travellers.
Located in Pineapple Grove, the hotel is close to the Atlantic Avenue shopping and dining district, the Arts Garage, Old School Square Cultural Arts Center, Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens.
All of the hotel’s guestrooms feature a 42in HDTV, the Hyatt Grand Bed and an 8ft sectional sofa sleeper.
Hyatt Place Delray Beach also offers Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel, over 2,000ft² of flexible meeting/function space, Guest Kitchen, Intimate Bakery Café, a lobby bar and an outdoor pool and hot tub.
Kolter president Scott Webb said the company is excited about opening a Hyatt Place in a thriving community such as Delray Beach, which is a tourism hub for business as well as leisure travellers.
